Cancellation &Refund Policies 

ENRICHMENT CLASSES REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Pre-School Prep Classes (1-day or 2-day enrollment) are non-refundable and non-transferable to other programs once a student is registered 14 days prior to the start of class or later. If a written registration cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the start of the class session, an account credit less $100 cancellation fee will be issued. The account credit can be applied to future City Owlets purchases. If within 14 days of the start date of the class session, NO REFUNDS OR ACCOUNT CREDITS WILL BE GRANTED.

For all other regular enrichment classes, City Owlets will issue a refund less a $50 cancellation fee and the cost of class that have taken place PRIOR to the end of the second week of class. After the end of the second week of class, NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given. The cancellation fee can be waived if you decide to accept a City Owlets account credit instead. The credit can be applied to open-play passes, other enrichment classes, or event bookings.

ENRICHMENT CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY: Please note that City Owlets allows unlimited make-ups where you can always drop-in to any class that is within your child's target age range and has availability throughout the given semester. All make-ups must be completed by the end of the last week of the semester or during make-up week if scheduled. Missed classes are NOT exchangeable for open-play passes and do NOT roll over to the next semester.

DROP-IN CLASS RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registration for drop-ins can be done in advance for the entire session. In the event you are not able to attend the class, please kindly cancel your reservation as soon as possible to ensure someone else has the opportunity to book the spot instead. To successfully cancel your booking, you can do so directly through your online account, via email to info@cityowlets.com, or you can call us. All reservation cancellations must be submitted 3 hours PRIOR to the class start time to give us sufficient time to reopen and re-market the available spot for drop-in. Should you cancel 3 hours PRIOR to the scheduled class time, we will credit the drop-in pass or the paid cost of the drop-in class back to your City Owlets account. In the event you cancel WITHIN 3 hours of the scheduled class time, you will lose the drop-in pass or the amount paid for the drop-in class. If you don’t cancel and you don’t show up to the class OR  do not cancel 3HOURS PRIOR to the scheduled class, your drop-in pass will be redeemed and we can NOT offer any partial credit, full credit, refund, make-up, or exceptions to these policies.

OPEN-PLAY PASS PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS REFUND POLICY:

ALL SALES FINAL. City Owlets does not offer any refunds or account credit for unused open-play passes, packages, or memberships. All stated expiration dates on all passes, packages, and memberships are as-is an can not be extended.

WAIVER VIOLATION & REFUND POLICY? 

Guests must adhere to the rules and regulations and must follow any safety instructions and directions given by City Owlets personnel as well as abide by the rules of play outlined in the signed waiver. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance or remove any guest that does not follow these rules without a refund.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

· A guardian must accompany all children under 18 (minor). All minors must have a signed guardian waiver. City Owlets reserves the right to refuse entry for a minor without a signed guardian waiver on file.

·City Owlets indoor playspace is a socks-only zone. Please ensure all attendees, adults and children, will have socks to wear. We reserve the right to deny entry or ask patrons to leave should they refuse to wear socks or not comply with our mandatory socks policy.
